Booking & Payments

How do I book a trip?
Click "View Trip" on any trip card, then click "Request Booking." You'll fill out a short form with your name, email, and which trip you're interested in. We'll send you an invoice within 24 hours. A $500 deposit secures your spot.
What's your refund policy?
Deposits are non-refundable unless we fill your spot. Final payments are due 60 days before game day. If you cancel after final payment, you get a refund only if we can resell your spot.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. After your deposit, you can pay the remaining balance in up to 3 monthly installments. Contact us to set it up.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. We also accept bank transfers for larger groups.

The Trips

What's included in the package price?
Lower-level game ticket (no nosebleeds)
3 nights at a premium hotel within walking distance of the action
Round-trip stadium transfers (hotel to stadium and back)
A Saturday excursion unique to that city
What's NOT included?
Flights, most meals (breakfast at the hotel is included), alcohol, travel insurance, and personal expenses.
Can I book just the game ticket and hotel on my own?
No. We only sell complete packages. This keeps the group together and ensures everyone has the same experience.
What if I want to room with a friend?
Select "double occupancy" when booking. You'll share a room with two beds. Price is per person.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Many of our travelers come solo. You'll be in a group setting most of the weekend, and we handle roommate matching if you want to share a room.

Logistics

Do I need travel insurance?
Yes. We require proof of travel insurance for all trips. It covers medical emergencies, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and other issues beyond our control.
What happens if the game time changes?
The NFL sometimes moves games for TV. We adjust transfers accordingly and communicate changes as soon as we know.
What if the Eagles make the playoffs?
That's a great problem to have. We don't currently offer playoff packages, but we may add them if the team qualifies. Existing trip bookings are not affected.
Are flights included?
No. You book your own flights to the destination city. We recommend arriving Friday afternoon/evening so you're rested for Saturday's excursion.

Who runs Watch Our Eagles Fly?

A small team of Eagles fans who have been doing these trips since 2018. We went to school in Philly, but now we are all over.. We're not affiliated with the Philadelphia Eagles or the NFL — just passionate fans who figured out how to do away games right.
How big are the groups?
Typically 12-20 people. Small enough to feel personal, large enough to have energy.
Can I bring my family?
Absolutely. Kids are welcome, but note that game day atmospheres can be loud and intense. Contact us for family pricing.
